By the case

Our "by the case" range of wines are only available for sale in cases of 12.  You can purchase either "in bond", without payment of UK customs duty or vat, in which case you will need an account with a bonded warehouse in the UK or abroad.  Or you can purchase with UK duty and vat paid, as is normal for UK purchasers.  Winedirect can also arrange in bond storage for you at London City Bond at a cost of £1 per case per month but do remember that you will need to pay the duty and vat when the wine is taken out from bond for delivery to your home.

The wines in this section tend to be more expensive French wines primarily from Bordeaux and Burgundy, of which we have very limited stocks.  All wines are stored in bond at London City Bond.  While we update the wines offered on a daily basis all wines are offered subject to remaining unsold.  If the wine you have purchased is no longer available your card will be refunded on the same day where possible or within latest 24 hours of purchase.
