Fredi Torres, a Swiss Spaniard, runs this garage operation in Gratallops with Swiss focus and Spanish passion. His reference point is Burgundy and while it is clearly difficult to make a Burgundian style in Priorat, his wines offer higher acidity, freshness and drinkability than most. Fredi is an advocate of real wine and his plan is to bring in biodynamic process. Terram as a result is something quite different and quite special.
