The vineyard has been part of the family estate since the 17th century. However, it had been neglected until two younger members of the family were infused by a passion for quality winemaking. The project run by JosÃ© and Daniel JimÃ©nezâLandi dates back to 2004, the sole objective being to produce wines made with respect for the environment, tradition and maintaining a balance with the surroundings. It is precisely the conviction that nature offers the best of itself when it is cultivated respectfully that led them to work the 27 hectares of land that they own organically, and to a start using biodynamic practices.
