This 5 star winery is situated in Frankland River, some 360 kilometres south of Perth in Western Australia and was established in 1998 by Ferngrove founder, Murray Burton. Murray's faith in this unique region was well founded. Thanks to its location, 90kms from the south coast of Western Australia, between the cooling influence of the converging Southern and Indian oceans, the region has a cool climate that allows grapes to ripen with remarkable consistency from year to year. Ferngrove therefore has the ability to deliver fruit and thus wines with characteristic delicacy and elegance as well as clear varietal character.
