Product Notes

Produced in Australia's renowned Clare Valley, Mount Horrocks Cabernet Sauvignon is a splendid representation of opulent yet elegant red wine. This velvety tipple hints at a medley of dark berry fruits, chocolate, and delicate mint, enhancing its rich, mouth-filling texture. Its well-balanced tannins, complemented by a notable oak finish, imply a long ageing potential. This organic and vegan-friendly wine truly offers an enlivening experience, typifying the prestigious Mount Horrocks cellar craftmanship. Perfect for an indulging evening or pairing with hearty mains, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a gem among Australian wines.

Tasting Notes

This textbook Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark red with purple hues. On the nose, enticing aromas of forest fruits blend with notes of bramble and polished oak edge. The palate displays plush cherry and blackcurrant fruit with delightful leafy herbal notes. The oak is retrained and well integrated, delivering structure rather than weight.
