Description: Pale straw color with green highlights. Ample, complex, elegant and persistent aromas with hints of vanilla, chocolate, anise and fresh hay. Dry, balanced and fragrant, with a silky texture and good length. Robert Parker: Jan 2006 by Antonio Galloni ( re 2004) i—Medium yellow. The Rovereto Gavi is made from much lower yields than the estate’s simpler Gavi bottling, and displays an aromatic nose along with ripe white peaches, mint, flowers, and minerals with good length. It is a good choice for summertime drinking. Stephen Tanzer: March 2010 by Stephen Tanzer - Light green-tinged gold. Highly spicy, perfumed aromas of menthol and ginger, with hints of lime and dried herbs. Densely packed, nicely ripe Gavi with plenty of freshness and a persistent finish. Vinification: Fermentation, in steel vats, lasted 12 days at 18° C. at least 3 months in steel vats and two months in the bottle
