Staff Incentive

A subscription to one of the winedirect Wine Clubs is the ideal staff incentive vehicle. Designed to easily fit in with your existing or planned staff incentive programme, a quarterly delivery of the world’s best wines will motivate any wine loving employee.

Our Wine Clubs are based on the same product ranges as our Corporate Wine Gifts. Annual subscription prices are for 4 cases of 6 or 12 bottles, delivered quarterly during the year. The recipient may choose from the full range of cases available for that club and will be asked to confirm their selection 4 weeks prior to delivery.

The wine club subscription incentive programme includes:

• Free copy of Michael Broadbent’s Winetasting – the definitive book on the subject

• Wine tasting notes included with each case

• Personalisation of all boxed cases with your corporate logo * and insertion of any company letters or messages

The wine club incentive programme is also extremely flexible and is:

• Fully transferable between staff members

• Upgradeable during the year – for example if a recipient has outperformed in the first quarter the company can reward them with an upgrade from the Sommelier’s to the Critic’s Club. Similarly one-off-top-up payments can be made during the year.
