Mont Redon purchase grapes from premium growers in the region to make wines under their Reserve label. Made from a blend of hand-picked predominantly Grenache with some Syrah, grown on galets over sandy soil. The grapes are destemmed, then maceration and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks over a three week period. Bottled following aging in large vats for 6-9 months.
