Vinous/Antonio Galloni (2015)90 pts

Feb 2017 - Pale yellow. Zesty, mineral-tinged citrus fruits, jasmine and a hint of green tea on the tightly focused nose. Taut and energetic in style, offering assertive Meyer lemon and pear flavors that slowly deepen and flesh out with air. Shows very good energy and minerally thrust on the vibrant, tactile finish, which hangs on with strong tenacity. -- Josh Raynolds

Vinification Notes

Grapes were hand picked in the early morning and carefully transported to the winery, where they are destemmed, crushed and pressed to best preserve their natural acidity. Juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 3 months ensuring multilayers of aromas and flavours.
