Fresh, dry and lemony. The creamy textured mouthfeel reveals hints of biscuits and nuts coming through on the long and complex finish. A classic champagne blend that pleases year after year!

Tasted April 2012 - Workmanlike nose with a bit of development. Lemony and crunchy in texture even if without great complexity. Neat finish! Much more rewarding than most supermarket cuvées.
