Wine tasting notes

Vibrant ruby red in colour. The nose has perfumes of summer pudding fruits МДеўМў‰Ы_еВМў‰вВЃТ raspberries, redcurrants and cherries. A hint of cedar and spice from the new French oak blends well with a subtle minty aroma. The palate is tangy and well balanced, with intense fruit flavours and silky tannins.

Brilliant red. Spice- and mineral-accented scents of redcurrant, raspberry and potpourri on the highly perfumed nose. Silky, spicy and aromatic on the palate, offering deep, energetic red berry and floral pastille flavors and no rough edges. Finishes silky and quite long, with a repeating touch of redcurrant and supple, slow-building tannins.

A deep, rich and expressive pinot from the Hills that has a wealth of dark cherry, spice and violet-like florals. The palate is sturdy, and tannins are bold. The fruit holds in deep. A bigger pinot. Drink now

Mid-red, good depth; this spicy, red fruit-scented pinot is classic Adelaide Hills, juicy, fine and full of fine-grained tannins, the silky finish and kick of eucalypt typical.
