Our Mort's Block Riesling is sourced from up to three unique vineyard sites in Watervale, all characterised by their moderately fertile, loam over limestone soil profiles. All fruit parcels were hand harvested in late February, typically yielding between 5.0 and 6.0 tonnes per hectare. The unique vineyard terroirs and elevation of these locations has captured the very essence of the vintage yet again.
