Pale straw colour. Wonderfully lifted aromatics of pear and Braeburn apples with pleasant hints of spice. The palate is well balanced with ripe fruit flavours of pears, honeysuckle, and hints of orange. It finishes with a soft, round mouthfeel.

Machine harvested at night, the grapes were pressed immediately. After settling the juice was inoculated with a pure yeast strain. The wine was tank fermented and went through partial malolactic fermentation. Oxidatively handled and cool fermented to dryness using selected yeast strains, the wine was then blended, stabilised, filtered and bottled.
