Made from 100% Merlot grown near Ensérune on south-facing slopes in the Herault region of Languedoc-Roussillon on calcareous gravel soils. Fermented in stainless steel with daily pump overs over 3-4 weeks. A further 8 months ageing in stainless steel before bottling.
