The Le Versant range is produced by Les Vignobles Foncalieu. Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from north-facing slopes near Ensérune in the Herault region, and Puicheric’s south-facing slopes in the Aude, grown on chalky soils. Following crushing, cold maceration for 5-6 days to extract intense fruitiness. Fermented in stainless steel with 2 pump-overs daily. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months prior to bottling.
