Wine tasting notes

Golden yellow in colour with greenich hues, the bouquet has good intensity and finesse. Its development is marked with hints of sage, pepper and elderberry. In the mouth it shows a pleasant acidity which gives a sense of freshness and fruitiness. It is balanced and well structured.

Vinification Notes

After picking, the grapes are destalked. The must and pulp undergo a cold maceration followed by a light pressing which allows separation of the skins. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. The wine thus obtained is left to mature for approximately six months before bottling.
