Description
Santa Digna was the name of the wayside crosses at a property in Spain. These crosses were used to mark boundaries, symbolizing good luck and protection for those setting out for remote lands. They were also used to name Miguel Torres first property in Chile and the first wine produced from this land. Santa Digna Sauvignon Blanchas features harmonious aromas recalling ripe tropical fruits layered over notes of apple and fennel.
Wine tasting notes
A fresh, pale gold colour, with a blend of aromas reminiscent of ripe, tropical fruits, over underlying hints of apple and fennel. Silky on the palate with a good acid structure and prolonged finish.
