Wine tasting notes

This Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé features a bright ruby red color of medium intensity. Its highly fruity aromas are dominated by ripe blueberries and a spicy, peppery touch. The palate offers a nice, concentrated body with smooth ripe tannins and a prolonged fruit-driven persistence.

Winery Information

It all began in 1851 when a young Silvestre Ochagavia started a revolution in national winemaking by planting the first French varieties in Santiago. With more than 165 years of existence and pioneers of chilean viticulture, Viña Ochagavia creates disctintive and passionate wines for the world to enjoy.

Vinification Notes

Alcoholic fermentation is conducted under controlled conditions in stainless steel tanks at 28° C and using select yeasts. Post-fermentation maceration lasts 10 days at 25° C, while malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously at 20° C.
