This Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé features a bright ruby red color of medium intensity. Its highly fruity aromas are dominated by ripe blueberries and a spicy, peppery touch. The palate offers a nice, concentrated body with smooth ripe tannins and a prolonged fruit-driven persistence.

Alcoholic fermentation is conducted under controlled conditions in stainless steel tanks at 28° C and using select yeasts. Post-fermentation maceration lasts 10 days at 25° C, while malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously at 20° C.
