The NV Rosé Premier Cru Anthocyanes is a beautifully pure and fruity Rosé that was fermented in oak. It’s pretty rich and intense but also very fresh and reveals some fine, vinous tannins, while the finish is quite firm and a bit drying. This assemblage blends the vintages of 2012 (20%), 2011 (46%) and 2010 (34%). Bottled in September 2013, the wine was disgorged in July 2017 with a dosage of 4.5 grams per liter. Tasted April 2018.
