Wine tasting notes
A full flavoured Shiraz, which is deep inky purple in colour and has pronounced aromas of sun-ripened dark cherry, sweet spice and a hint of vanilla. Rich dark fruits follow through on the full bodied palate, with silky tannins and a long finish.

Vinification notes
The grapes were cold soaked and fermented at controlled temperatures of between 25° to 30°C, with regular and gentle pumping-over to extract flavour and tannins. The wine was matured in American oak barrels for 12 months, to round out the tannins and impart delicate complexity.
