The Tokara Reserve Collection Sauvignon Blanc is a divine South African wine, acclaimed for its brilliant clarity and vivacious flavours. This wine radiates a gleaming pale yellow colour, boasting an intricate bouquet of gooseberries, green fig, and granadilla, underlined by a nuanced minerality. On the palate, it exhibits a superb balance of crispness and depth, with its characteristic tropical fruit notes and a lasting, refreshing finish. This Sauvignon Blanc is perfectly enjoyable on its own, but also pairs harmoniously with seafood, white meats, and creamy cheeses. A splendid revelation of the Cape's superb winemaking abilities.

The wine displays a stunning light straw colour with a brilliant green edge. The nose opens with aromas of Passion Fruit and lime juice subtly interplayed with Lemongrass and Elderflower. There is an amazing freshness as the wine enters the palate, with zesty green apple flavours leading to a creamy mid-palate and a lingering saline finish.
