Product Notes

Warwick Estate Professor Black Sauvignon Blanc is an exquisite South African wine, gifted with vibrant aromas of passionfruit and guava. This well-structured wine is complex and offers a refreshing minerality. Its tasting notes are marked with fresh summer fruits, presenting layers of gooseberry, green apple, and lemon zest. Grown in vineyards nestled against the backdrop of the Stellenbosch Mountains, this wine is zesty with a subtly crisp finish. This Sauvignon Blanc emanates a mild acidity and intense fruitiness which beautifully balance the taste. An elegant choice for sipping on its own, or paired with seafood or salad dishes.

Tasting Notes

Striking nose with notes of ripe passionfruit, lime and nettles leap out at first impression. As the wine opens, it shows enticing aromas of peach, pear and green figs. The palate is bright and full of zest with passionfruit, green figs and peach, beautifully textured with bright lingering acidity.
