The Gratiot-Pillière family's focus has always been on quality, authenticity and value above all else. Winemakers since 1657, today the winery is in the hands of 11th generation brothers Olivier and Sébastien. The family vineyards cover 18 hectares of land, spread throughout the towns of Charly-Sur-Marne, Saulchery, Bonneil and Azy-Sur-Marne. Subtle blends of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from across varied terroir give a style that is fresh, balanced and replete with delicate fruit. The Brut Tradition is pure and elegant, made from 68% Pinot Meunier, 29% Chardonnay and 3% Pinot Noir. It is aged on the lees for 30 months minimum. The Rosé is a ripe and inviting blend of 79% Pinot Meunier and 21% Chardonnay. The Extra Brut Tradition is an elegant Champagne with great poise and balance, a blend is 68% Pinot Meunier, 29% Chardonnay and 3% Pinot Noir which only has 5g/l of dosage. The Blanc de Blancs is a vintage wine made in the best years harvested from the oldest Chardonnay vines. This limited production cuvée is aged on the lees for 36 months.
