This top cuvee is comprised of 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre with all grapes coming from 60+ year old vines that have been biodynamically farmed for the last 3 years. Aged in old wood foudres and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this wine is impressively rich and loaded with herbal tones while maintaining a spectacular restraint.
