Wine tasting notes

Tightly wounds aromas of jasmine tea, smoke and yellow fruit on the nose, a palate alive with flowers, salt and a taut core of complex exotic fruits. The sweetness here is wonderfully pitched, the wine treading a very fine line between savoury, sweet, fruit and salinity. Beautifully balanced and highly complex and intriguing.

Food matching

Excellent with spicy dishes, such as Thai crab cakes and German sausage. Excellent with Roquefort or Foie gras.
