Wine tasting notes
Intense and gripping, rich and ripe spiced berry and plum fruits, warming but not without tension, the fruit is accessible but there is clearly more to this, there is concentration and depth. A sunny, but very harmonious and complete Merlot Cab franc blend. Biodynamically grown 50% Merlot 50% Cabernet Franc blend from the high hills of the Tuscan coast next door to Bolgheri. Fermented and aged in large oak barrels and cement vats.
