Montsable

Montsablé are based in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the sunny South of France. Their philosophy is to create premium wines in a classic Burgundian style from Southern France. This is achieved by working with growers in cooler sights where ripening is slower and acidity is nicely retained, to craft elegant wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with oak only used to impart a subtle seasoning. The outcome is pure, beautifully balanced wines which present tremendous value for money!
