The grapes were harvested by hand on the 30th March and the 4th of April. Both vineyards achieved excellent ripeness and flavour with grapes reaching 23.5 to 24.0 Brix. A large portion was fermented using wild yeasts. Over fifty percent has been partially fermented and matured in neutral French Oak.
