Bright lemon in colour showing notes of fleshy white peach, cashew and honeysuckle. The palate is full and textured with complementary notes of spice from the puncheons, with a fine mineral acidity that provides length to the wine.

Dec 2016 - Lisa Perrotti-Brown - The 2016 Estate Single Block L5 Sauvignon Blanc offers pronounced lemon juice, grapefruit peel, green apple and wet pebble notes with faint suggestions of chopped herbs and grass. Crisp, refreshing and medium-bodied on the palate, it delivers great intensity with a long, minerally finish

James Suckling (2013)93 pts

Passion fruit, papaya and lemon-myrtle aromas here, with hints of cut grass and cream. Pure fruit, great clarity and a touch of creamy complexity on the palate will gain a lot of fans. Drink now.

The 2014 vintage (5*) was estate-grown 900 metres from the ocean, on the coastal edge of the sweeping Seaview Vineyard. Fresh and punchy, with nettley and salty notes, it shows excellent intensity, with penetrating melon, grapefruit, lime and green-capsicum flavours, deliciously vibrant, delicate, dry (2.5 grams/litre of residual sugar) and sustained.
