Pale lemon in colour with green hints. Perfumes are of fresh, crisp apples, with a touch of tropical fruit including pineapple and freshly cut hay. On the palate it is fresh and dry, with a crisp, appley fruit offset by ripe, tropical flavours. Clean and dry on the finish.

The grapes were harvested in mid-February. After a brief period of skin contact (one hour) the free run juice was settled and inoculated with yeast before temperature controlled fermentation at 12-14°C in stainless steel. The wine remained in temperature controlled tanks until being fined with bentonite, filtered and bottled.
