Lovely ruby garnet colour, characteristic of Pinot Noir, with a soft fruit perfume but excellent depth of flavour, fine, ripe tannins and a long, delicately perfumed finish.

Vinification was done in the traditional way, with fermentation taking place in vat. The wine was aged in oak barrels, with no new wood for 12 months. It was rested and bottled in January.
