Wine tasting notes

Bright, very pale straw colour with slight green hues, near colourless on rim. The bouquet is very delicate with pure and subtly entwined aromas of white florals limes, apples and minerals, the aromatics building in intensity whilst retaining finesse. Off-dry to taste, tightly bound and gracefully lively flavours of limes and white florals form a concentrated palate line. The mouthfeel is very fine-featured and poised with soft, quenching acidity in support of the delicate fruit. This has clarity and definition, and the flavours lead to a very long, crisp and nuanced finish

Mango, cheese, kind of Germanic/Rheinhessn, juicy burst of flavour, pared back some gentle pith and chalky texture. Crunchy on the finish, and long. Complex style.
