Intense nose with notes of toasty spice, lemons and crisp green apples. On the palate, the wine is soft and smooth with vanilla enriching the peachy, appley fruit. The finish is bright and refreshing.
Machine harvested grapes were gently pressed and fermented for 3 weeks at 14c. Selected yeast. Vinified by Australian process without oxygen and a very low temperature. Matured on lees.
