Great complexity and concentration of strawberry, peach and a spice that adds an essential dimension to already great Tuscan wines. Strawberry and peach aromas and a touch of spice on the finish.
The grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed and transferred to stainless steel tanks for maceration. After racking fermentation takes places at a temperature not exceeding 20°C. The wine is then stored underground in constant low temperature tanks to preserve the characteristic aromas before bottling.
