The infamous British convicts who were transported to Australia for committing 19 crimes in the 18th century inspired their brand name.

Their innovative approach extends to the wines they produce. The selection offers an assortment of reds which includes Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. An audacious twist, however, is the availability of a Hard Chard – essentially, a Chardonnay with spiked alcohol content.
