Crafted from Grand Cru vineyards, it comprises vibrant floral aromas mingling with fruit and honey notes, conveying an inviting complexity. The palate offers a sublime blend of creamy yet fresh flavours. It is sophisticated, with an intricate balance between full-bodied Chardonnay and the robust strength of Pinot Noir. This champagne shows brilliant finesse, displaying sparkling gold hues in the glass, with a lasting finish that leaves a flavourful imprint. Elegantly-encased, this wine is worthy of commemorating splendid moments.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow gold in colour, with fine, lively bubbles. The nose is expressive and vibrant, with notes of fresh almond, citrus peel and lime. With aeration, grilled and spicy notes are released. Fresh and generous, the cuvée presents notes of citrus fruits and blood orange, with hints of spice, typical of the Ay terroir, emerging mid-palate. The finish is long and very mineral with a slightly sharp note.
