Product Notes

The Antinori Marchese Antinori Vinsanto del Chianti Classico is a true gem in the world of Italian wines. This exceptional wine sees a perfect harmony of Malvasia and Trebbiano grape varieties carefully matured in traditional Oak Caratelli barrels. The wine boasts an allure of delicate golden hues, a complex aroma of ripe apricots, honey, and raisins, and a splendid palate full of nutty and toffee tones, layered with lingering sweet spices - all merging for a beautifully balanced finish. This velvety and elegant vinsanto is genuinely a luscious after-dinner partner with cheese platters or sweet desserts.

Tasting Notes

The wine is a deep amber in color with golden highlights. On the nose, the sweet notes of dried fruit, hazelnuts, chestnuts and honey are enriched by additional aromas of honey. The palate is full-bodied, honeyed, and invigorated by a vibrant vein of acidity.
