Product Notes

Dow's Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) Wine is a divine work of art curated by legendary Portuguese vintners. Built on centuries of winemaking tradition, this ruby-cherry delight captures rich blackcurrant and striking dark chocolate notes, nested flawlessly in the heart of a full-bodied palate. Aged meticulously in oak, the LBV magnifies in complexity, offering flawless balance between firm tannins and fruity vivacity. The finish is long and elegant, leaving spicy notes to linger on the tongue. Dow's LBV, an affordable luxury, is an undeniably appealing homage to the timeless Portuguese wine tradition. Enjoy it with strong cheese or rich meat courses and savour its remarkable quality.

Tasting Notes

Deep purple with an opaque centre. Fresh, exuberant aromas of red and black fruits, mint and liquorice preface a broad palate of fruits of the forest with undertones of schist and firm, yet supple tannins. The well-toned structure combines sumptuous flavours with grip, ending with a long spicy finish.
