Product Notes

The Harry Hartman CHURCH Chenin Blanc wine is an exquisite blend echoing the South African wine region's idyllic terroir. Revel in the white blossoms and enticing zest of citrus on the nose, underlined by notes of pear, peach, and honey. This unwooded wine teases the palate with its bold acidity and well-rounded body, presenting a harmonious fusion of freshness and elegance. Proudly vegan, it's best enjoyed chilled on a warm summer's eve. The Harry Hartman CHURCH Chenin Blanc is an inviting expression of character, subtly capturing the delicate artistry beneath every cork.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, it has an inviting luminosity, somewhat steely and mineral, with a lemongrass pungency. Mellow notes of baked lemon, citrus blossom, and fresh thyme reins you in. A few moments of swirling in the glass give up a display of aromas: granny smith apples, apricots and greengage. The palate is perky with a note of old-fashioned lemon drop candy. Ripe lemon and greengage indicate youth with a crackling acidity that suits its ebullient nature, trailed with hints of thyme and oregano. The salty acidity really gives this wine something rather special.
