Product Notes

Ghost Corner Pinot Noir is a marvellous South African wine hailing from the remote vineyards of Elim, a top wine production region. The wine boasts an elegant ruby colour with notes of rich berries and spices permeating the palate. It's a medium-bodied wine, veering on the hearty side, providing a smooth mouthfeel while maintaining a complex balance between the fruitiness of cherries and the hint of earthy truffle. Vintage-aged in French oak barrels, it possesses an appealing aroma of toasted oak and ripe plums. Ghost Corner Pinot Noir is undeniably a superb accompaniment to a classic British roast or a cheese board.

Tasting Notes

A beautifully crafted Pinot noir with prominent red fruit of ripe cherries and sweet raspberries with undertones of earthy, mushroom nuances. A silky palate with berries and delicate oak components following through.
