Sailors call the bowline the ‘king of knots’- a knot that symbolises union, completion and eternal devotion. This blend ‘ties the knot’ between Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Ripe asparagus notes from the Sauvignon Blanc complements the green fig elements from the Semillon. A complex wine with well-balanced oak and a refreshing, smooth finish.

This gold-tinted wine swirls with tropical passionfruit, white peach, and lime zest aromas, well-matched by intriguing, flinty undertones. On the palate, a delightfully crisp acidity is harmonised with a lush, full-bodied sweetness, showing remarkable complexity and depth.
