Product Notes

Barbadillo Fino Pale Dry is a Spanish liquid artwork, renowned for its intricate bouquet. Its scintillating pale straw hue catches the eye, while crisp aromas of almonds and citrus piquancy enchant the nose. The wine's exceptionally dry palate yields a subtle yeasty taste with complex flavours of earthy almonds balanced by a zesty acidity, making for an intriguing, smooth finish. Aged under a layer of yeasty flor, it carries a distinctive character reminiscent of the bodegas of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Pairs excellently with traditional tapas, it's a must-try for refined palates searching for a stand-out Fino sherry experience.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in colour. The classis fino aromas are revealed on the nose; nuts, olives and the evocative suggestion of a patient ageing process. In the mouth it is sharp and exhibits full body and perfect balance
