Casa Rojo Las Viñas Bastardas is an exquisite Spanish red wine. Made from old Grenache grapes grown in Tudelilla, it boasts a deep, dark hue with rich, intense aromas of ripe fruit, floral tones, and minerality. Its palate showcases an elegant fusion of wild fruit flavours, refreshing acidity and subtle spiciness. A complex wine balanced with soft tannins, it finishes with an enduring velvety smoothness. A harmonious blend of tradition and innovation creates a wine that's bold, full-bodied and matured for 14 months in French oak barrels. Casa Rojo Las Viñas Bastardas truly represents the perfect harmony between land and winemaker.

Tasting Notes

Literally translating as "Bastard Vines", this refers to vineyards just outside of DO's that cannot be included in those wines, but still make exceptional wines! Made from Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo, this is a wine ruby red in colour, with fruit and floral notes on the nose, ending in hints of violet. Elegant and well spiced on the palate with good length.
