Tasting Note

A beautiful nose adorned with black and red currant fruits, tobacco, liquorice and earthy undertones. The palate is deep and mouthfilling, with a medium-full body. Overall, a very pure, rich and concentrated Rioja. The 2018 has more fruity characteristics and a notable freshness compared to the 2017 vintage and has a very interesting potential for ageing.

Product Notes

Izadi Rioja Reserva wine is a Spanish delight. Hailing from the renowned Rioja Alavesa region, this luxurious bottle presents a captivatingly deep ruby hue, embodying the perfect balance between tannins and fruit. Savour this full-bodied red wine, cherishing notes of refined dark fruit, mixed spices, and hints of toasty oak lingering on the palate. Its beautiful aroma encompasses mature dark berries with an undercurrent of earthy vanilla. Aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels, the wine delivers impressively long, satisfying finishes, making it an excellent accompaniment to hearty dishes or to savour on its own.
