Passopisciaro Passobianco Terre Siciliane is a captivating Sicilian white wine revered for its rich complexity and elegance. Made primarily from Chardonnay grapes grown on the ethereal volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, this vino epitomises the prowess of Sicilian winemaking. It presents a perfect harmony of aromatic notes, ranging from fresh citrus fruits to honeyed almonds, underpinned by an intriguing minerality. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine reveals a pyrotechnic display of ripe fruit, creamy texture, and invigorating acidity. Exceptional ageing potential makes Passobianco a treasure trove for the discerning oenophile. It's a sublime companion to seafood and white meats.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow. Concentrated, deep and alluring white- and citrus-fruit nose with hints of kumquat and papaya. Orange and lemon palate with bitter-almond notes on the finish. Long and a little linear and with plenty of substance.
