Taste Profile
Tasting Note
This wine has always stayed true to its roots, being sourced from the iconic Adelaide Hills since its 1994 inception. A distinctive, singleregion style, that has a well-known, contemporary chardonnay persona. White stone fruits appear on the nose as well as a complex nuttiness; assorted cashew, almond and brazil nut. It's a `big' wine on the palate, with hints of citrus and nashi pear and 40% of new oak totally absorbed.
