Vibrant and fresh with aromas and flavors of ripe fruit, this crowd-pleasing Chardonnay is beautifully balanced. It is exceptionally elegant, displaying incredible potential for a wine in this category with a satisfying, lengthy finish that is tinged with hints of vanilla and butterscotch nuances that are supported by a solid minerality. Ideal with fried fish or vegetables terrine. To be served at 10-12°C. Ageing potential: 1-5 years.

Philippe Colin Winery is an exceptional vineyard nestled in the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, a prestigious French village known for its world-class white and red wines. Embellishing the rich legacy of four generations Phillipe Colin and his brother Bruno took over the family property in 1993. The winery has moved forward with dedication, a respect for tradition, and innovative ideas, keeping the family passion for winemaking alive, under the aegis of Philippe Colin.

Covering a sprawling area of 13 hectares, Philippe Colin's winery redefines a perfect blend of traditional approach and modern technology. The vineyard uses sustainable grape growing techniques, ensuring the complete respect of the terroir and also embraces the principle of environmentally friendly viticulture.

The winery cultivates a modest and thoughtful collection of varietals, chief among them being Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Different vintages of Chardonnay ranging from Bourgogne-Chardonnay to grand crus are charmingly matured in 25% to 30% new oak. Meanwhile, the Pinot Noir too, finds a delightful expression under Colin’s leadership. These authentic and exclusive wines, matured perfectly are unique in their complexity and depth of flavour, gaining acclaim from wine connoisseurs globally.

One of the distinguishing features of Philippe Colin’s wines is the meticulous wine-making process. The harvested grapes are vinified with minimal handling to preserve their distinct character. The traditional wooden vats employed, further enhance the natural nuances of the wine, adding subtle oak flavours.
