Product Notes

Grace Koshu Hishiyama Private Reserve Wine is a premium, elegant vino originated from the vibrant vineyards of Yamanashi, Japan. Displaying a pale, lemon-yellow hue, it presents an alluring bouquet of lime blossom, honeydew melon, and a hint of green apple. On the palate, it is delicately balanced with pleasing acidity, offering complex layers of citrus fruit, pear, and white peach. Notes of minerality and a slight savoury undertone bring a charming depth to the aftertaste. A wine of remarkable sophistication and grace, it pairs well with sushi, sashimi, or a variety of delicate seafood dishes.

Tasting Notes

Complex and layered aromas of green apple and lime are complemented by grassy notes, fennel, wet stone, flint and spicy hints of coriander. This is bone dry and smooth on the tightly knitted palate with a tongue-tensing, firm acidity enveloping the fruit through to a deliciously fresh and textured finish.
