Product Notes

Benjamin Bridge Brut Rosé is a captivating Canadian wine gem, exuding elegance and fine craftsmanship. Its vibrant salmon hue introduces a symphony of red berry, currant and toasted almond notes, harmoniously mingled with gentle minerality hailing from Nova Scotia's unique terroir. Ageing on lees grants this lovely rosé a creamy texture and complexity rarely seen in new-world sparkling wines. A coruscating blend of traditional Champagne grapes, it impresses with its luminous acidity and delicate bubbles, providing a refined, long-lasting finish. This is a delightful decadence, perfect for toasting grand occasions or elevating simple moments.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, a pale salmon colour with a magenta hue. On the nose, hints of esh cream and biscuit and punctuated by savoury notes of strawberry pastry and raspberry ganache. On the palate, suggestions of poached apricot, toasted brioche, spun honey and crème de cassis lead a vibrating finish. A very vinous rosé with drive and length.
