Bodegas Artuke Rioja wine, hailing from Spain's reputable winemaking region of Rioja Alavesa, is a splendid symphony of exquisite terroir expression. This family-owned winery creates an opulent masterpiece characterised by a harmonious blend of Tempranillo and Graciano grapes. The wine exhibits sumptuous notes of ripe red berries, nuances of spice and a hint of vanilla. Aged in French oak barrels, it delivers a luxurious mouthful of complexity and finesse, balanced with a long finish. It's an elegant testament to traditional winemaking techniques, true to its roots, and an exemplary ambassador of the idyllic Spanish viticultural landscape.

About the Winery

Bodegas Artuke

Bodegas Artuke is an enchanting winery situated in the heart of Rioja Alavesa, Spain. Known for its production of some of the finest Spanish wines, this family-run business is helmed by the spirited Blanco brothers, Arturo and Kike.

The name 'Artuke' is lovingly derived from the combination of the brothers’ names, reflecting the bond that exists not just within their family but also within the enchanting wines they produce. From its inception in 1991, Bodegas Artuke has consistently demonstrated a commitment to practising traditional viticulture, while incorporating an innovative twist.

The winery is sprawled across 32 hectares of vineyards, each boasting a unique variety of grapes with distinct characteristics. Despite this, they’re held together by a common thread – an unyielding commitment to sustainability and a profound respect for the environment. Organic farming methods and a deep understanding of the local terroir allow the Blanco brothers to grow their grapes without reliance on synthetic pesticides or fertilisers.

Their production methods include concrete vat fermentation and partial whole-bunch maceration, which weaves a fascinating complexity into their wines. The result is an array of wines that are notable for their vibrancy and a palate that truly echoes the region's terroir evident in every sip.

Regardless of whether you're a seasoned sommelier or a burgeoning wine enthusiast, there's something quite special about the experience at Bodegas Artuke. From the stunning vineyard views to the mesmerising journey of wine tasting, you’re bound to leave with a newfound appreciation for Spanish wines and the craftsmanship behind them,

Having gained a reputation for their commitment to traditional winemaking processes and their dedication to creating wines that are expressions of their land. Bodegas Artuke is a truly remarkable winery which continuously exceeds the expectations of wine enthusiasts and experts alike.
